Coastal Cape Cod 3 bedroom close to the beach, bike path & ponds!

Beautiful home. So welcoming and immaculate. Very quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from shops, beaches, groceries, and The Snowy Owl for a mocha! Beautiful big yard and patio area. We would highly recommend this rental.

A lovely home, conveniently located, with all of the amenities! We especially loved the patio, and my 2-year-old grandson had a great time running around in the big, manicured, fenced-in yard.Jenny is an amazing host who responded quickly to my emails and was very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location, the layout, the beautiful furnishings, the patio…everything was perfect! My family had an amazing vacation, and coming back to the house every day after a day at the beach felt like a vacation in itself. Jenny was wonderful and was always quick to answer questions. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful, well appointed home ideally situated for exploring all the Cape has to offer from the Canal to Provincetown. Very enjoyable and relaxing vacation venue.

We vacation at the Cape almost every year and had one of our best experiences staying at this home. Jenny was very responsive to any questions. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, time spent in the backyard was very pleasurable, convenient location. Happy to have stayed there and hope to be back next year!!

Everything at the property was found exactly as described. The host, Jenny, was extremely communicative as to the booking. She even alerted us on the day of arrival that it was possible for us to check-in early. Towards the end of our stay I alerted her to a small concern that I thought she would appreciate knowing about before it became a large problem. She immediately offered to have it cared for the next day. Although I declined her offer, it made it very clear that her concern is for you to have the best vacation experience possible!

We stayed for five nights in May 2025. It is a well appointed house, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. Jenny is a GREAT host. We plan to return later this year.

We were here for a wedding, and stayed here with a few friends and their 2yo daughter. Everyone was comfortable, we had plenty of space, and the in-home environment was great for the 2yo. The neighborhood was really peaceful, beautiful, and we saw quite a bit of wildlife as well. The sun room was probably our favorite! Jenny was an absolute sweetheart and quickly answered every message I sent, and even made sure we had a pack n' play for the little one. We had an amazing experience!

Perfect location

This is rental has become my #1 vacation home. I absolutely love this home. The host is awesome & a delight to correspond with. I will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Brewster. The house is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber gas grill. The host provides timely responses to inquiries and is very accommodating. We especially loved the proximity to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail for running, walking & biking, and the wild turkeys who wandered through the yard. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

This was a well set up vacation home. I would recommend it to anyone. Close to Harwich, bike paths, long pond & the beach. Great place in a perfect neighborhood. I will rent it again next year.
