It is a secluded getaway on the Assawoman bay with a private pool and amazing outdoor living spaces.. It's good for couples, families (with kids), and smaller pets.brbrDuring peak season, there may be minimum stay requirements - The system should automatically apply these but there are sometimes errors - If you would like a shorter/longer stay than what is provided in the system, please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate your requestbrYour reservation fees can be split up into as many as 3 payments (all due before your arrival date) - Details can be found when placing the reservation request.brbr- There is dock space if you bring your own boat (details on waterways to access the house can be provided upon request)br- The pool is exclusive to guests and is available May through Sept (it is not heated so it isn't usable in late fall and early spring) br- No glass containers near the poolbr- There is parking for 4 regular size cars (in the driveway and off-street parking pad), so the maximum number of cars allowed is 4 - You can not park on the street, yard or adjacent properties.br- 2 pets up to 50lbs are permitted - There is a $150 (per stay) pet fee - Please note any pets in your booking requestbr- During the season there may be a minimum of 5 night stay (exceptions may be made based on the adjacent reservations)br- Check in is at 3pm, check out is 10ambrbrbrHere are a few common questions:br Are the beds comfortable: YES!
