The Space:
405 OCSuites is located at a fantastic downtown and beachfront spot on 4th St. and the Boards, walking distance to the best Ocean City has to offer! You will be staying in a piece of OC history, as this unit is part of a renovated building from the early 1900’s. This suite is one of many suites in a family-oriented, multi-unit building that emphasizes a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. If you’re looking for a convenient home-base to explore the beach and boardwalk, a comfortable night’s sleep, and a clean sleek space, this could be the right place for you!

Space details:
-DIRECT BEACH VIEWS
-Unit located on the second floor; must climb 1 flight of stairs.
-Fully furnished, AC window units, Cable, Wifi included.
-Kitchenette: 2 burner induction stovetop, mini fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, all dishes/pots and pans/utensils provided. Best suited for preparing small meals and warming up leftovers.
-Small dining area seats 4.
-TV in each room with Netflix access.
-3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. Each bed sleeps 2 people.
-Bedroom 2 door entrance only accessed through Bedroom 1 (please refer to pictures).
-One 3-piece bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
-Living space: TV, futon, and coffee table. Futon can open to accommodate 1 extra person.
-Direct access to the boardwalk on 4th St. from front entrance.
-Beach entrance right across from building entrance.
-Many dining options within a 1 block radius for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
-NO PARKING included or available at building. Free and paid public parking just steps away.
-Presence of functional security cameras viewing the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, front main entrance, and back landing.

Guest Access:
All guests in the building share a small rinsing station at the main entrance to wash off sand after the beach, and a bike rack at the back of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Buzzing downtown Ocean City is right outside your door! You are right in the middle of it all in this apartment. Walk to Trimper's, Jolly Roger's, the pier, the inlet, and enjoy all of the fabulous stores and eateries that line the boardwalk.

The 'Tidelands Caribbean pool bar is right behind the building, which allows non-guests use of the pool area with purchase of food/drink!

Right below the apartment is a Dunkin' Donuts, convenient for coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants close-by include 4th St. Taphouse Bar and Grille, Hooter's, and Shenanigan's Bar and Grille.

Best of all, there is an entrance to the beach right across from the apartment for easy access to days of fun in the sun.

Getting Around:
NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING. Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside.

The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city.

    We didn't spend a ton of time at the property, because why would you when the beach is RIGHT outside your window, but the beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the location cannot be beat. It was noisy at night, but that's to be expected given the location. We brought ear plugs and slept great. Communication with the property was excellent too. Great experience all around.

    We had a 3 night stay with our family & very pleased with the place. The views from the 2 front bedrooms were beautiful. The unit worked out well as the two front bedrooms are joined (have to go into one bedroom to get to the door of the 2nd) so my husband & I were in one & our daughter stayed in the other. The unit had window ac units in the bedrooms so during the day we left our doors open to cool off the living room area. The unit was fully furnished with towels, linens, soaps & shampoo…staying for only 3 days it was enough but if you stay longer they recommend bringing more supplies along. We did not have an issue finding free parking along the street. Once we parked, we didn’t move the car til we left. All in all it was a great mini vacation for my family of 5.

    Great view and value! Loved waking up to the sunrise right outside the window. Located on the boardwalk at 4th street across the street from the ocean and above a DD if you’re a coffee lover! Avi was attentive and communicated day of and for check out and was so friendly and helpful! Bring washcloths but bath towels are provided. Apartment was clean and ready upon arrival and there was a mini fridge/freezer combo in the kitchenette and pots, pans, silverware and plates provided. Though the building complex itself is dated, the owners did a great job modernizing and decorating for an updated feel. Would stay again and would be ideal with kids
