Stayed Sep 3, 2022not up to par with other Braemar properties. Check or money order needed to check in - no cash or credit accepted. Window treatments failed, limited light control/privacy in living room & bedrooms. Bring Keurig pods for coffee, sign in kitchen says check out at 12 noon, but it’s really 10am. Not very clean, bathtubs don’t drain well, garbage disposal was broken, internet only worked about 30% of time, and some outlets didn’t work.. Nice view, beds were comfortable but this place needs some attention.

Stayed Sep 11, 2020Overall the property is not bad. It's in a good location, close to the beach, low key environment, quiet and good for family. The drawback is it's in need of a detailed cleaning. The floors were dirty and needed swept and mopped. There was visible amounts of dirt on top of the fridge. I had to clean the coffee pot several times before I felt it was clean enough to be used. Some of the pots and pans need thrown out and replaced. The one side of the master bed was held together with literally one bolt and the mattress cover was dirty.
