Newly renovated retreat featuring two bedrooms, bathroom completely updated with large shower, new kitchen with quartz countertops, and updated appliances. The living area is bright and beachy with a beautiful electric fireplace and large Smart TV. Amenities include refrigerator (2), dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, 2 TVs with the internet, DVD player, central air, fireplace, and plenty of parking. brbrThe large master bedroom features 2 bunk beds. One is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full. The smaller bedroom has a king-size bed in it. It is a bit of a tight fit, but we figure you won't be spending too much time in there. brbrThe courtyard is fenced with patio furniture consisting of a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a grill for cooking outdoors. In the shed, there are a few bikes and beach chairs available for your enjoyment. The shed also features an additional refrigerator for your convenience. brbrWhile sitting outside you can enjoy the pond which is located directly across the street. Our home is adjacent to the pool, clubhouse/arcade, community washing machines, and community showers. brbrAssateague Pointe is a gated community with 24-hour security. It offers something for everyone! You can take advantage of the two large pools, stocked fishing ponds, a crabbing pier to the bay, paddle boats. playgrounds, volleyball, and basketball, arcade/game room, community WiFi, a fenced dog park, and so much more!!brbrWe are located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park (where you can see the horses roam the beach) and the Ocean City boardwalk and beach. A five-minute drive will take you to the outlets, restaurants, go-carts, and ice cream. The community is also located next to Frontier Town water park. brbrWe are a dog-friendly home. We ask that you clean up after your dog as you take them on a walk. We will charge an additional fee and additional security deposit if you choose to bring your dog with you. If the dog makes a mess or destroys something in the house or on the property the security deposit will reflect this. We do have sheets in the closet if you'd like to throw them over the chair or sofa to help us keep them clean from dogs. We appreciate it. It helps everyone's stay be a little nicer. Beautiful, newly renovated, four bedroom house with open floor plan at the mouth of a canal located in Ocean Pines. Two full baths. Open kitchen and living space, great for families and entertaining. Large two tiered deck on the back of the house and a pier for a boat. This escape is ten miles from the ocean with many outlets for shopping and restaurants all within minutes. Ocean Pines has an open farmers market every Saturday. There is also an indoor pool, two outdoor pools (one at the swim and racket club and the other at the Yacht club) Ocean Pines also has a beach club located on 50th street in Ocean City and an awesome Golf Course in Ocean Pines proper. The beach club has another outdoor pool as well as bathrooms, showers and dressing area and best of all a snack bar too with entertainment on some weekends (Passes for Ocean Pines facilities can be purchased on a daily or weekly basis.
