Ocean view oasis steps from the beach

I have absolutely no complaints with our stay. My family, our dogs and I all loved it and no problems at all. My little brothers couldn’t get over the size of the tv in the living room so they were happy ha thank you for a clean, enjoyable and no headache stay!! hope to stay again!!

The host was kind and quick to respond to our questions. Loved no additional fee for parking, and the extra charge for our dog was reasonable.

On arrival, king bed was unmade and no clean sheets towels from last guess were still in bathroom

Kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony had a wonderful view and was large enough for everyone to sit and relax.The beach was just down the street!

Host was responsive and the unit looked exactly like photos. Great location and walking distance to plenty of popular spots in Ocean City.

Kitchen was nice could use more plates! Balcony was nice great view’s could use a rug when you come in the door from the sand to wipe your foot on!

My parents, husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jeramey and Shaunet’s condo. The location was perfect for everything we had planned while in OC! We spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Communication with Jeramey was stellar! The condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a great and comfortable stay! We were blessed to find such a nice place that allowed dogs. And the hosts went overboard to be sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for making your place available. The pictures do not fully capture how nice the place is for the price!

Clean, spacious - enough space to spread out, brightly lit - we kept the deck door open to let the ocean breeze in and the pups enjoyed going in and out, fully stocked kitchen - we cooked and ate in, king bed - very comfortable, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pet friendly, well lit parking lot and stairs when taking pets out at night. 3rd floor condo with both stairs and elevator access. Forgot shampoo and was happy to see the condo bathrooms were supplied with sample shampoo bottles and soaps. Towels, wash cloths, folded and left on the bed for us. Love the location ocean side with a short walk to the beach and sand rinse off station at the back of the building. Washer/ dryer unit in condo and laundry pods provided. Owner Jeremy was quick to reply to our email contact when we had a concern. Check in instructions were sent the day before and were very easy to follow. Would definitely rent this unit again!!

The condo unit was clean with lots of extras, and comfortable bedding. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and attractions.Check-in and Check-out process couldn't have been any easier. Communication with property owner was excellent with quick response times.

The stay and our vacation went verry well. We had an enjoyable time and experience.

Great place to stay

This is a nice property with a great location depending on your needs. I needed to be near the convention center and they certainly fit that. Being in the ocean block was nice with just a very short walk to the beach.I grew up in Maryland and have been coming to Ocean City my entire life. This condo exactly fits what I think of when I think of going to Ocean City. It’s amazing and the beach is fantastic and I know I’m gonna have a great time, but when I check in, it’s just not quite as nice as I wanted it to be. Beach places get worn out quickly. And they’re not inexpensive to renovate.So that was this place. It’s good with a great location and just is starting to feel like it needs some love. First priority I would change out the shower valve set in the master bathroom. All three valves are leaking. That simple upgrade would’ve made this stay feel a little bit betterWould I stay again? Probably if they made it a little less “so ocean city”.

Broken wash machine. food left in the refrigerator and cabinets. dirty sheets on the main bed. dealing with house keeping about sheets and washer and dryer delivery. wife was very dissapointed. Only good thing was a large TV, Was offered extra days but really y wanted to check out after first night but done spent the money and drove 7 plus hours to get there.

Easy to book. Easy to locate. Close to beach, sea food, pancakes, convention center. Quiet. Hugh tv. Everything we needed was provided. Property management just a click away and friendly.

Great location and great condo in OCMD. Huge TV in the living room and smart TVs in every room. Very comfortable beds. After sleeping here a few days, my wife and I realized it's time for us to buy a new mattress at home LOL. The location is great. Right in the heart of OCMD and it's only 1/2 block from the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with a neighboring unit leaking water into ours, but the issue was resolved pretty quickly and didn't really cause us any issues. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights with spouse and 2 small dogs. Central location. Good access to beach. Unit isn’t large, but comfortable for the 2 of us. We appreciated the 2nd bathroom. Bed was comfortable in master. Kitchen had basics. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing serious enough to impact stay.

We stayed for a cheer competition at the convention center which was across the street. The location was fantastic and we were able to enjoy some beautiful time on the beach

We booked this and it’s the fourth place we have stayed. It was during the st Patrick’s celebration but was quiet but close to the event. The. Holding is nice and this place is amazing. Seeing the ocean when you wake up and enjoy your day is incredible. Jeramey the owner is very responsive. I absolutely would stay here again.

My husband and I were looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay that would allow our dog and not break the bank. This was perfect! Jeramy was really helpful and responsive. I was not on my game with details and he was patient and gracious. Would highly recommend this property.

Game table was a hit for kids. Property manager was responsive and accommodating.

We had a nice weekend at this condo. The proximity to the beach, as well as the game table, made it a fun excursion for our kids. The building and units themselves are a bit small and dated, which is probably the case with a lot of condo buildings at the beach, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our few days there! Our only complaint was that the water temp in the shower was a bit finicky and the rooms didn't have much room beyond the beds, but the condo was well-appointed, clean, and enjoyed.

Great location and so close to the beach. Very clean and well equipped; furnishings were stylish and comfortable, particularly the king size bed...the mattress was amazing! My husband brought our two dogs with us for a 2 night stay Jan 2025. We checked in late at night and only had 1 major issue not at the fault of our host. The back parking lot was majorly icy, we had to use the entrance as the exit every time to avoid free vehicle falling off the drop off into next parking lot. Being 6 months pregnant, the parking lot was a little worrisome. Nonetheless, the condo itself as comfortable and clean! The host was super responsive and helpful. He answered any questions we had and was very prompt.

Perfect location for a little winter overnight. It was a bit chilly even with the heat

It’s at a very convenient location. The big bed is very comfortable. The apartment has two full bathrooms, and so it’s very good for 2 couples to stay comfortably.

We came to Ocean City to see the Winterfest Lights. This condo was perfect for our stay. My kids loved the gaming board. It was so nice having 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was perfect! Everything was so clean. Jeramey was so nice & accommodating! Even thoguh it was cold outside we enjoyed the outside deck a little bit. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Property was very clean and well furnished. One of the nice things about the area is that there are not a lot of high rise properties in the area. This led to a nice, quiet stay.

An awesome location with great views!! Jeramey and Shaunet were very responsive in the days leading up to and throughout our stay, and they made sure that we felt welcome. The check in and check out processes are straightforward and the inside of the condo is beautiful. There is also ample parking.

We spent a night here and it was great for the fam! Location was easy to find with great parking. Loved the huge tv for Thursday night football and the kids were thrilled with the gaming table. Overall great stay!

Nice cozy condo with all the necessities. Steps to the beach and in a nice mid-town location. Clean and comfortable, host was very communicative. Easy check-in and out.

Very cute place with great location. Needs a little TLC, specifically in the bathrooms but overall very happy with our short stay.

September trip for our daughter's birthday. Owner was very helpful and flexible in allowing us at 45 minute late checkout. Property was very close to the beach and in a quiet part of the island. Balcony seating and table was a nice tough. Very enjoyable stay.

The location and vacation rental was fabulous, just seconds from the beach! We had an issue with the air conditioner on the first day and Jeremy was very responsive and fixed the problem ASAP!

Very nice condo near the beach. The unit was clean and included everything for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed playing games on the electronic game table. Jeramey is the host. She is great, very responsive. We hope to stay at this property again.

We loved it. it was clean convenient and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the washer dryer. The parking is great for Ocean City. We got one free space but the parking on 42nd street was also always available and free for our extra vehicle. Pet friendliness is a plus for me also. They also provided a boogie board and a beach tent in storage on the balcony. Well worth the money for this place
