In addition, the house boasts a large kitchen with high end amenities opening to a dining room, sitting area and huge living room. The third floor hosts an ensuite master suite with a comfortable king size bed and two separate ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds. The 4th floor boasts an enormous game and media room complete with foosball, 100” 4k gaming projector, arcade machine along with a twin bed/trundle and a pullout queen sofa bed. Finally, each room and floor are decorated and furnished with contemporary and traditional décor along with beach themed 3D murals for serene ambience. brbrThe 1st floor features a sitting porch with gravity chairs, a small bedroom with a queen bed with a 50” high-def 4k Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, and 2-car garage. This end unit townhome on the ocean block can accommodate large groups up to 12 people and provides easy access to the beach. The building is NOT ocean front, but it is on the ocean block of Coastal Highway at the corner of 60th Street a few hundred feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony of this unit. We are only allowed to feature one unit per listing, but we do own all rentals at this location if you need additional units. Unit 1 North is on the front end of the North building. 1 North has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, private enclosed 2 car garage, exterior car port in front of the unit for a 3rd car, several balconies and a wrap around deck. If you need more parking, there is free parking along 60th street next to the building. brThe layout of the unit is as follows:br1st Floor – garage and entryway/foyerbr2nd Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed, 1 bedroom w/pyramid bunk bed and additional twin floor mattress, 1 full bathroom with walk in showerbr3rd Floor – Kitchen and living room open area, ½ bath (powder room)br4th Floor – 1 bedroom w/queen size bed and private full bath w/tub and shower combo, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and private full bath w/walk in shower. brbrCheck In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There are also taxis, Lyft and Uber, bikes, motor scooters, boats, jet skis, and even paddle boards that you can rent nearby.brbr•We do not provide linens, sheets, and pillowcases. (Please do not sleep on our pillow shams that go with our coverlet/quilt bedding, they are for decor only and can be easily taken off to put your own pillowcases on if you don't bring your own pillow). We do not provide towels, toiletries, soaps, paper products and trash bags. There is a Dollar Tree store at the shopping strip a short walk from our home to pick up these items if needed.brbr• Due to insurance liability and the rules of our HOA we cannot lease to anyone under 25 years old. Our home is very inviting and we do occasionally have these uninvited guests! Their intrusions will be minimized if you keep the counters wiped and kitchen floor swept! The good news is we have a year-round contract with a pest control company to keep the home ant and mice-free, so if you do see any during your stay, give me a call or let me know in a private message and I will have the pest control company come out. We do not give refunds for the sighting of a mouse, mouse droppings or ants. On the ground level you'll find pull-under parking for two cars with ample free street parking, a storage bin for your beach items and an outside shower to rinse off after a relaxing day at the beach. You may discover once you park upon arrival, there will never be a need to use your car during the rest of your stay. brOn the 1st level, you will find the primary suite with queen bed along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room.
