Oceanview Miramar House and Retreat Center

I brought 20 ladies to stay the night for our Staff Retreat. My team works so hard and deserve to be spoiled, this house definitely allowed for that! In fact, they were enjoying the space so much we actually forgot to do some of our scheduled activities. We had a little issue with the hot tub but other than that it was a great trip! Great location! We were there on a rainy weekend so we didn't utilize the backyard, but it is also a beautiful space that would be fun to utilize. Thank you Miramar staff for providing a great location for our getaway!

The hosts assistant was amazing. She was always quick to respond with any questions we had.The house was well equipped and in a great location. We loved having lots of room for everyone and it was great being right by the beach.

Wonderful host, extremely responsive to all our questions and requests, easy check-in and great location for easy beach access. Large fenced yard great for outdoor activities and several comfortable and cozy indoor spaces for any type of gatherings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had 20 friends get together for a friendsgiving and clamming weekend. The house was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities, easy access to the beach, and the hosts were super responsive, friendly, and proactive in providing information! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and well-maintained, and we hope to do it again next year.

We had a four generation family gathering this past weekend. It was a perfect place to be together for meals, evenings and beautiful times on the beach. The kitchen is top of the line. The table is huge for the family to gather around. The bedrooms are large and the basement is filled with bunks and game rooms for the kids! It is just a short walk to the lovely beach or a quick drive for the older folks! The parking is plentiful for all the guests. The hot tub was perfect for after the kids went to bed! We were surprised at all the extras! Baby gates, high chair and so much more. The house is ready for everything.

The host, as well as the maintenance staff were quick and very helpful with everything. Just minor things with a house this size, and so so close to the beach. The beach was much quieter than down by the town. Wonderful sunsets. Lots of room and lots of bed. Thanks so much.

The house exceeded our expectations. When we wanted to make a change the host worked with us. We had several family groups (20 people) and the house easily handled our variety of age groups and interests. While there was not a view of the ocean, the beach was only a few hundred yards. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

This beach house has it all. LOTS of beds. Enough bathrooms with showers that we could all get a chance to shower each morning. Comfortable great room. Kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of dishes and appliances. Close to the beach, an easy walk over. Outdoor areas nice (deck, fire pit, and hot tub). Quiet area, and the parking is wonderful for big groups. I think we had about 10 cars easily parked in the parking area. And, to top it off, the management team was very responsive through out the rental process. Always very quick to respond to questions!Great place to rent.

The fact that we had all the people we love in one house is absolutely amazing. Unforgettable memories were made in this house and the host were even better. One thing that would have made the experience better is to add the option to allow animals. Other than that--- couldn't have gone any better. Thank you so much for everything, what a wonderful stay. Would definitely rent out the house again!

22 students and 5 adults, there was plenty of room inside for a variety of activities. The pool table was popular, and so was the fire pit.

Great spot for a large group. Had everything we wanted. To outdoor space is perfect and the lights outside were awesome. Highly recommend for your future trip!

We booked Miramar for a 60th wedding anniversary and we had close to 30 people and we had plenty of room. Two main living rooms, a well stocked kitchen with all of the utensils we could need. We also loved the hot tub and the fire pit in what is an amazing backyard. One of the closest properties to the beach (within walking distance) this is a great house!!

Exactly what we needed! Suitable for large parties, a fully stocked kitchen that we took full advantage of, and enough room for tons of games and activities! Loved the proximity to the beach and close enough to Ocean Shores.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas as a family of 21 at Miramar! Our host had set up a Christmas tree and prepared such a lovely place. We had one amazing day of sunshine on the 24th to enjoy the beach, and we loved having such a roomy comfortable house for a very rainy Christmas Day. There was enough space to have places for quiet activities as well as louder, livelier ones at the same time. And the large open living room was great for us to all be together when we wanted, too. The large windows and skylights brightened even gray winter days. Our host responded quickly when I contacted her with a couple questions. We were very pleased with Miramar!

We were thrilled to find this space last minute and our group absolutely loved the house. The proximity to the beach was perfect for a brisk walk and the peekaboo view of the water from the house made it feel like you were way closer to the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, dishes, and pretty much everything you’d need! The only thing I would have loved to see from a planning perspective would be map style layouts of each floor included in the listing photos just so we would know where to put people ahead of time.

This property worked PERFECTLY for our family reunion. Finding that we had easy access to the beach being at the main Ocean City entrance was a huge plus. The kitchen was great for cooking for the entire family and the house provided more than enough space for us to all enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend for large groups!
