The first floor living space features a light-filled floor plan that includes the living room and dining room with a table that seats 10, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, mudroom, washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower, along with a queen bedroom. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a bathtub/shower combo, and a trough sink and shelving right next to the bathroom. There are new TV's in every bedroom as well as in the living room. Alarm System, Cable and WiFi are included. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Kitchen has double oven, microwave, Jenn-aire cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, toaster oven and two large coffee makers. Library has x-box and games. Lower level has carpeted family room. Driveway has room for 4-5 vehicles,brbrOur spacious back yard has a fire pit on the opposite side of our footbridge over the Juday Creek which runs through the property and provides a relaxing setting. Are you looking for a home that is located close to Notre Dame, but still in a quiet area Look no further! This charming 1920's home is located 2 miles from Notre Dame's campus, blocks from the river and downtown South Bend. My home comes with a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the two guest bedrooms, a comfy couch, and two full baths. In the backyard take advantage of the hot tub, a gas grill and fire pit. You can also cozy up next to the remote control gas fireplace. I will offer early check in and late check out upon request. Don't miss out on this great home for your next Notre Dame game day weekend or South Bend getaway! Please note: this is my main residence that I love sharing but I do have two cats that live in the home in case of allergies - they will be moved prior to your stay.
