This memorable house is the perfect home base on Bass Lake. With 4 bedrooms, including 3 king bedrooms and 1 bunk room, this awesome property can comfortably accommodate your group of 14 guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a second living room upstairs with foosball, office space & 2 twin beds (trundle), toy area providing extra flexibility. Enjoy the amenities such as a washing/dryer, AC, heating, iron, smart TV and WiFi. Whether you're exploring the lake or relaxing at the property, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our fantastic house. Use our dock to tie up your boat or just chill on the little beach, kayak, paddle board or canoe. Lakeside fun awaits. Ask about availability for golf cart rental or pontoon rental. All guests can use recreational room (except during private events) All guests can use pavilion area, beach & docks. *We are a small group of houses so there’s lots of privacy. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe & row boat are free to use & shared with other guests. 4 person Golf cart is available for $50/day 6 person Golf cart is available for $100/day Pontoon rental available 2024 $300/day or $1200/week We are not local but we do like to enjoy the lake sometimes ourselves.
