Walk to Notre Dame - Stay in Comfort!

Very well kept, clean, and comfortable home on a quiet street near notre dame. We were visiting for a wedding and ate in the first night and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and had tvs in both bedrooms. The home was small, but set up comfortably. My only suggestion would be to replace a few blinds thst were missing slats. The host was very responsive and while we had no issues at all, he was easy to contact and communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

This is a cute cottage-type home which is clean and well equipped to make it feel like a very nice home away from home. The owner was extremely responsive and let us know he lived close by in case we needed anything. The home is close to ND and very conveniently located to main roads and businesses. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and even games and books. Lots of little touches!

Clean and good amenities

We had an amazing stay. Chip allowed us to check in a bit early. Everything was clean and ready to go. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house is close to campus. We would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were great with communicating. House was beautifully set up with all the amenities - fresh flowers, fruit, etc…making it feel very welcoming. Incredibly clean as well.

Lovely home in a tidy neighborhood. Pictures are accurate. Very comfortable. Hosts were gracious and very responsive. You CAN walk to Notre Dame. Just pack for the weather.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this cozy little house to help care for our grandson while his parents attended the ACE leadership conference at Notre Dame. The home was perfectly located and felt welcoming. The hosts definitely thought of everything from the fresh fruit, microwave popcorn and soda in the kitchen to toiletries in the hall closet. We had a bit of a heavy snow and when I reached out to the owners, they quickly responded and brought a snow shovel and were kind enough to clear the drive and walkways for us. We would definitely recommend this home. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Proximity to Notre Dame campus and comfort of the house.

Adorable little house with a great backyard! We loved having a quick fire in the morning with coffee before heading out to walk to the game.

Great location, quaint neighborhood, walkable to Notre Dame, clean, very thoughtful hosts, quick replies to emails. They even provided snacks too. Great backyard with Firepit and BBQ grill Highly recommend this place in South Bend. 10/10 for sure

Fantastic property! Clean, convenient, and private. A five minute drive with traffic to Notre Dame's campus. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. House was stocked and well organized. Great back yard with fire pit.

Just down for a weekend, what a great home. Everything we needed plus. Got lucky and had a great firework show right from the back yard.

Stayed here 6 nights. Easily the cleanest property I've ever been to. Well stocked with anything you could need. Very responsive hosts. Backyard was very peaceful.

I was in town for my niece’s graduation and this place was very convenient to IU South Bend (where she graduated from) and Notre Dame (which is where the graduation ceremony was held). It was quiet and the backyard is a great spot to relax. It was perfect for my needs and I’m happy I decided on this place.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We’ll probably continue to stay here whenever we’re in town. It’s a great location and is well stocked with supplies.

This house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Quiet dead end street, nice back yard with 2 seating areas and plenty of space inside. The owners are excellent.

This lovely home was well-appointed and just right for a Spring Break visit. So many little touches like cereal bars and coffee/tea, hand soaps/lotions, and cozy blankets made this a home away from home.

The place was very neat and had everything we needed. The heating vents could be dusted and are very loud when the furnaces run. Other than that it was spotless

The proximity to Notre Dame was great, and I appreciated how well stocked the home was! We got a bit of a surprise snow fall and I texted the owners asking where I might find a shovel and within 20 minutes, the driveway was cleared!

Home exceeded expectations. Extremely clean and well appointed.

Located in a nice residential neighborhood. It’s close to ND but is not in a student area. The house was clean and well cared for and well stocked with necessities. Everything from popcorn to oatmeal to an assortment of lotions, shampoos, etc. to blanket throws and a variety of pillows. I’ll try to book this place the next time I’m in South Bend.

Great location, close to Notre Dame but on a very quiet street. It was perfect for our stay! We had an Expo to attend in Elkhart which wasn’t to far. It is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard. Wonderful fire pit! Definitely recommend!
