Tastefully decorated house available year round for rental at reasonable rates. The house is a 10 minute walk from the University of Notre Dame on Leeper Ave. It is furnished with the ND fans in mind with 3 flat screen TVs, fenced-in yard for barbecuing, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of other amenties. It has a 2-car detached garage and parking for an additional 2 cars curbside. The house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. It is perfectly suitable for all ND special events.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Our stay was awesome! Close to Notre Dame campus so we could walk to the game. 4 large bedrooms upstairs. Great enclosed front porch. Our host was the best! They communicated everything clearly so arrival and check in were seamless. So nice that they had 2 large bags of ice in the freezer, milk, muffins, cereal so we didn’t have to run out right away. Very thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022The house was significantly outdated and overpriced for the quality. The second bathroom and shower is actually in the kitchen, which was awkward. The hosts were great and check in was easy. Also, good location close to campus, but we would not stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I can not say enough about the hospitality and accommodations. Everything you need is there! The house is so comfortable, close to everything. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you for making our visit that much better.

Stayed Sep 12, 2019My friends and I rented this home for a Notre Dame football game, and staying here made our trip better than we could have imagined. Our party of 8 slept comfortably and it was great to be able to be under one roof. The house is exactly like the pictures and included everything we needed! We were able to walk to and from campus easily, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. They were quick to respond throughout the entire process, so accommodating, and really easy people to work with. The tiny details they put into renting out their home really made us feel special. If we ever need a home to house our large party in South Bend again, I'll definitely be reaching back out to Khalil and Wakim! They are amazing and so is their home!

Stayed Sep 7, 2017The house was clean and very well located for a game! Walking distance but we could easily uber or take a rickshaw to strategic spots on game day. A hidden gem is the ability to easily drive to restaurants like CJ's for a quick bite away from the crowds. You will like the owner, Khalil ,and find her super accessible! Great time! Sam
