Stayed May 16, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this property. It felt like a B&B with the layout of the rooms and bathrooms. The patio was perfect for our group. Jacqui was a gracious and responsive host. We stayed for ND graduation weekend and its proximity to campus was a plus with all of our back and forth to campus. Everyone felt comfortable and at home!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024I love this place! Jacqui is easy to work with and very responsive. The house is grand but also warm. Full of entertainment options, supplies and space. Walkable to campus and Eddy Street Commons. No need to drive anywhere.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023Stayed at the house recently for an eight man golf trip. The house was just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to gather, comfortable rooms, 3 refrigerators, a bar and a Weber grill! We had a minor issue with a non-functioning coffee maker that the previous renters didn’t report. I contacted the property manager and had a new one at the house with filters in a couple hours. Can’t ask much more than that! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022While this property would be great for football games, we used it for a company retreat and the venue was great for meeting and hanging. We cooked a few meals together, and enjoyed the layout immensely. The hosts were fantastic and easy to work with. I would recommend this property for a company retreat or family gathering.
