With the creek below, it provides the wonderful sound of running water to relax and unwind during your time in Sun Valley. The living area is open with a 36-inch flat-screen TV and a Queen bed off to the side. The kitchenette has tile countertops, a microwave, a dishwasher, a mini-fridge, and a small 4-burner stove and oven. There is a leaf-style table for dining for two. The full-size bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the closet in the bathroom. In the hallway, as you enter the condo is a closet with dresser drawers. There is access to a shared private deck at the top of the stairs before you enter the condo. A small window air conditioner keeps the condo nice and cool during the summer.brbrComplex Features: The Atelier condominium complex is located on Old Dollar Road just across from Sun Valley Lake.
