Stayed Jul 10, 2025We were in town to surprise a friend who lives in the Elkhorn Development. The location was perfect as the home was about 1 mile from our friends place. Honestly, we didn't spend too much time at the house as we usually ended up at our friend's place. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the deck was peaceful!! Given that there aren't very many homes in the area that can sleep 10 people we were very grateful to have found Joe's place!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed Feb 6, 2025The powder came in, and the property was well-cleaned and accessible. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our food and beverages in house. The location was well suited for skiing and apres ski activities. The beds were SUPER comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and made the access to the spa unnecessary most days. Separate towels for the hot tub and the shower/hygiene was a great touch. The common areas were well used, and the number of bedrooms meant that everyone could also pull back and have their own time in their own space. The skiing was epic and these memories will last a lifetime! The accessibility to the Sun Valley Gun Club for heli liftoff was easy and convenient too! The property owner made communication very easy for the inevitable details that require conversation (and weren't covered in the comprehensive information binder left in the property). We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This home has much to offer. Property owner very responsive to our calls. Top appliances in kitchen. However when we arrived the house in July was 95 degrees with no way to cool it down. Floor to 2nd story ceiling windows. Couldn’t enjoy the view because the shades had to be closed. Be sure to bring your own shower soap because it’s purposely not provided for sanitary reasons. Over all great house!
