There are additional children's tables as well as two, 6ft adult folding tables with chairs to seat 12-16 more. These are located in the dining room closet. Extra chairs can be found upstairs in the gym on a chair holder. brbrThe spacious family room seamlessly connects to the dining room and kitchen, creating an open and inviting living space. It's equipped with a generous collection of Vtech GO-GO Smart cars and tracks neatly stored within two large ottomans, perfect for entertaining younger children. The bookshelf is stocked with Usborne children's books, providing a variety of reading options. For added comfort, spare blankets are conveniently stored in the sideboard beneath the TV. In addition, you'll find a wide selection of board games on the shelves.brbr*BATHROOMS, there are 2 public-style bathrooms with multiple stalls for toilets, urinals, and separate showers. Keep in mind this building is 100 Years old so there are some limitations on what we could do for remodeling. But when used as a church for 300 members it had half this many toilets. The entire party likely will not all be able to shower in the morning for an early event. Plan to stagger showers with the group at different times.brbr*LOCATION The church is located on a corner of the block in a residential neighborhood. Parking for guests is all street around the church and across the road. brbr*ACCESS: Guests will receive a code where they can come and go freely. Anytime a guest leaves they are required to lock all doors, and windows. brbrLAUNDRY: There are no laundry rooms available to guests, however, there is a nice laundromat across the street.brbrCONCERNING PETS: dogs are allowed with a $200 fee per animal, MAX 2 per group. Les who is a local student in graduate school lives downstairs. You will share the laundry which is in the basement, but please do not bother Les whose entrance door is downstairs in the basement. Les uses the side door of the house to access their apartment. You use the front door.brbrYou do not share living space or cross paths in any way other than the shared laundry space.brbr✔ Our property is ideal for ISU visitors and art enthusiasts alikebr✔ Enjoy the artfully curated interiors that define our unique aestheticbr✔ Pets are welcome but please avoid leaving them unattended on furniturebr✔ Sacred spaces are maintained by not allowing pets alone to prevent cleaning issuesbrbrPets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.
