I am so happy to have created a mountain resort style space that offers all of the comforts of home, but with a spectacular view and unparalleled access. My family and I love recreating here and look forward to the opportunity of sharing our space, and experiences with you! This is not your average vacation rental...I am of the firm belief that when vacationing, one should not have to sacrifice on quality or quantities of the surroundings or amenities. Featuring Aveda bath and body products as well as high end linens, and Pottery Barn furnishings, this home is complete and ready to become your home away from home too! This is a mostly organic home, with full sized laundry soap, dish soap, tea, coffee, honey, olive oil, and everything else that you often find lacking in vacation rentals. Crock pot (check!), Sharp Japanese knives (check!), cutting boards (check!), dinner service for 8 (check!), Cast Iron enameled dutch oven (Check!), Pack and play (Check!), High chair, stroller, toddler dinnerware, and so much more! Professionally designed, well executed, and extreme attention to detail await your visit to our McCall home. The home is on the 3rd floor… sorry, no elevator. We do have A/C! No pets are allowed on community grass and beach or at the pool. Pets may be walked off leash in the forest behind the units and in the designated grass area north of building D . Owners must pick up the waste and place it in the dumpster in the sealed plastic bags provided. Pets may be walked to a boat if on leash. The pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Adults only from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Children ages 14 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No diving! No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area!br8. Observe Coast Guard, State, and local rules when boating. There is a “No-wake zone inside the buoys (100 feet beyond the docks). Water skiers may take off going straight out from the docks, and may drop off counter-clockwise outside of the no-wake zone. Skiers “twelve and under” may return to the front of the dock in a counterclockwise direction. Beach starts are not allowed (see Coast Guard rules).br9. Tennis courts are for tennis and pickleball play only. Players are allowed one 90-minute reservation at a time. If someone is waiting to use the courts, the players must finish their play in 60 minutes. Non-marking tennis shoes are required.br10. No charcoal or wood-burning grills are allowed on the decks. Glassware is prohibited outside the condos. No inflatable toys or other large objects are to be left on any grassy area in the complex.
