It features luxury vinyl plank flooring downstairs and new carpeting in the upstairs loft. The condo itself is located on the second floor of the complex, and is accessible only by a single flight of stairs. The master bedroom is on the first floor of this two-floor unit, and features a stunning king bed, soaring ceiling, and an en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom is an open loft concept and features two double beds and a single bunk bed, also with an en suite bathroom. The loft bedroom may not be safe for unsupervised toddlers or other small climbers, as the railings can be climbed and it is a long drop to the floor below. Jack passed away in 2000 and is buried in the Ketchum cemetery near his father and next to his daughter, Margaux, who tragically passed in 1996.
