Here you will find coffee shops, dining, ice cream, shopping, and breweries!brbrWe have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.brbrPlease note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.brbrOur company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.brbrAny unauthorized pet will be charged $250.brbrA late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that. brbrThere is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
