Home is bright, cheery with 80% of the heating and cooling met with the house design. Views of Table Rock, privacy, and a large covered patio.brThe spacebrThe home is private, easy to get to, and close to everything. All rooms are ground level and easily accessible. Parking is off street and inside the secure fenced yard.brEven though you are in the city of Boise you will feel as if you are in the country with all the trees and large acre yard. With a full wraparound, covered patio you will love being outside even in bad weather conditions.brThis is a green home built with recyclable materials. The north facing walls are built with straw insulation and earthen plaster walls. The walls inside and those surrounding the private covered patio are built using reclaimed concrete. The 80% passive solar design of the house uses very little energy to heat or cool. There is a wall mounted AC/heating unit as well as electric baseboard heaters for your convenience. There is also a high efficiency fireplace which you are welcome to use if you are staying during the winter months.
