Our amazing villa #116 is a ground floor unit which allows access to the beautiful lawn where you can sit in one of our provided beach chairs, relax and enjoy the scenery from sunrise to sunset right off the lanai. We also have snorkel equipment and a short 2 minute walk from the lanai and you are at one of the best snorkeling spots on Kauai at Lawai beach. Our place has the standard appliances (including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave), brand new K cup coffee maker with a handful of Cups to get you going. We also have a drip coffee machine if you prefer. BBQ area in the parking lot. We have new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops, vinyl bamboo flooring, brand new sofa bed and living room chairs, and a private master bedroom with a California King mattress. AIR CONDITIONING is installed in the master bedroom only, which is nice on those hot summer nights.
