For those who do not have a car, you can see turtles off the beach right across the street from Dolphin Plaza. I had one swim 2 feet from me and then on another occasion watched a family of 3 play in the surf. Everything you need for you beach and swimming experience is either at the condo or the scuba/snorkeling shope right next to the condo complex. Grocery stores are 2 blocks away, lots of restaurants and even dancing at a hotel poolside bar. I believe it was Tuesday nights.
