We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location, close to great food, close to beaches, and a great location for visiting any other spots on the island. The hosts were great and so responsive. Our microwave stopped working and they were there the same day to take care of it. Would highly recommend staying here!

We cannot say enough about this home, property, hospitality, accommodations, cleanliness, and location. We appreciate everything that was done to make us feel welcome. Mahalo!

Be aware that there is nothing in the kitchen but dishes and pots and pans. We had to buy everything, including salt and pepper. I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kuerig coffee machine, just an old giant drip coffee maker. We’ve stayed at places where they left some coffee and tea, plus some essential spices. Also, the shower in the second bathroom is tiny. Still, the view is lovely, and comfy bed.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Furnishings were very up to date, in perfect condition and comfortable. We loved the ground floor access with a spacious grass area and ocean view from the back sliders. Check in was a breeze with clear and simple instructions for using the amenities and check out. We'll be looking to rent this condo our next visit to Kihei!

Nice place…… Very cordial and helpful manager at the front desk, when she was there. We stayed 19 nights. We went to the front desk with questions. Of those four times, she was only there, when we came once, otherwise there was a “closed” sign hanging at the front desk, although, it was within the posted signage hours. The best service we received was from the property manager’s office. They were very prompt at addressing our needs. Kudos to the technical response for questions on using Spectrum tv service. His response was appreciated. Yay for Daniel?

Great views, close to beautiful beaches, close to Wailea shopping and more. A110 was the perfect spot for us to spend some relaxing time on Maui this year. Bob and Sunny are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend checking in with them before your next Maui vacation!

Our only issue with this condo was that the bed is Full Sized... It is really small for two people, and we aren't large people. Very uncomfortable... With how much we paid for the unit, I would expect at least a queen. I have not seen any rental properties (or even hotels) that have anything less than a queen as the main bed. Please upgrade the unit bed for future guests... If you as a guest can live with that, this unit was a great location and beautiful/clean.

This resort and condo unit is in an excellent location. It was comfortable and clean. The beach gear is a wonderful amenity. I would highly recommend this option for family and friends. Thanks!
