Shores of Maui #223 Great Ocean View! Near Cove Beach a Fun place to Surf!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops.

The bed is a total disaster. The unit is very aged. It’s hard to climb the poorly structured narrowed staircase especially if you have luggage or you have knee issues. Overall, this was not a good property for the money they charged. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Great location and easy to get to places. Was not hard to find and had everything we needed.

Before our stay, I reached out to the property owner to inquire about the available items in the kitchen, as this was an integral part of our stay and I received no answer. Upon check in, I was pleased that the floor was nice and clean, and the sheets and towels were as well - good cleaning crew!In the morning after our first night, we discovered what we call a B52- a 3 flying cockroach IN the bed. It was discovered that the sliding glass door and the screen both do not stay shut, they roll open. Additionally, a screen is missing from the bedroom. We had to wedge things into the lanai screen to keep it from opening and one night our inventions failed and the screen rolled open - we were inundated with mosquitoes. This property owner is vocal about how to reduce pests, saying not to bring cardboard into the condo. Intrigued by the creepy upstairs, we peered in to discover a whole room with a bed and lots of cardboard boxes upstairs, perhaps where these pests are coming from/living? Another reason for booking was the washer, however the first load came out smelling like mold despite being removed promptly and upon looking the washer has mold inside. The dryer is vented to a kitchen cabinet where using it left us coughing and the wooden drying racks out on the lanai were falling down. The microwave stopped working. There was not enough toilet paper. Hot tub wasn't working. The view was great but we paid too much to have these avoidable issues :(

Amenities were in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony is lovely.

Really great extras. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed. Nice to have a cooler and chairs for the beach. The bathroom was remodeled nicely.

I have stayed at the property before but not in this unit. The condo needs some work and upgrades. Will stay in a different condo in this property next time.

Overall a great stay. The place is a bit outdated but clean. Easy to get in and out of the apartment complex. Nearby to a Foodland. The price was great.

While the ocean view is undeniably the property's strongest feature, and the accommodations may be sufficient for group travel, my personal experience fell significantly short of expectations.Upon arrival, I discovered a concerning pest issue—sugar ants consistently present on kitchen countertops and an abundance of flies concentrated around the couch and sliding door areas. After promptly reporting these issues to management, the response was inadequate, consisting only of the delivery of ant bait stations without addressing the underlying problems.The lack of effective resolution to these hygiene concerns substantially diminished what could have otherwise been an enjoyable stay. The stunning views unfortunately could not compensate for the ongoing pest issues and insufficient management response.

Location was great! Enjoyed the Pool and hot tub area. Condo was a little dated.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every second of it. Apt was clean, they had beach chairs available, nice view to the water from balcony. I would absolutely stay here again.
