This 4th floor condo is located in the most convenient location on Maui. From the moment you walk in the door it is impossible to ignore the sweeping magnificent views from the private lanai (patio or balcony). You can see the popular Kamaole Beach Park featuring picnic areas, grassy lawns, beach, volleyball, baseball, soccer, and basket ball courts. It also has a wonderful beach walk. To the left you will be able to watch one of South Maui's most popular surf spots, Cove Park. It is the perfect place to learn to surf. There are two places to rent boards and take lessons. One is located on the first floor of this building. The other is located just across the street. If you are more of a diver or interested in other ocean activities like whale watching or snorkel adventures then I have you covered here as well. Just visit Maui Dreams Dive shop, also on the first floor. If you get hungry there are three restaurants located on the property. Joy's Place is a wonderful sandwich shop offering excellent coffee and healthy sandwiches. Surfside Cafe is a new restaurant offering Local, American and Cuban cuisine and serves breakfast and lunch all day. Your Bliss has Maui inspired gourmet frozen delights as well as some great food options.

All 5 star reviews . brOur guests states it best. brRented here from Jan 4 through Feb 3rd 2026 for 29 nights. brThis is a wonderfully appointed condo unit at The Palms and the extensive renovations that have been done are spectacular. Parking for the unit is right outside the main access to the condo, conveniently located close so it’s easy to get groceries and items inside. brEach and every room was tastefully done and well appointed. The two bedrooms had a lovely layout, extra bedding, towels, beach gear and toiletries. It was such a pleasure to enjoy a ground-floor unit where you can enjoy the outdoor patio from morning through evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. It’s only a minute from the pool but far enough away that the noise from the activity in the pool is barely noticeable. The kitchen is enormous and has up-to-date appliances and all the items one could ever need. The three built-in air-conditioning units were available in the living area and each bedroom. It was nice to be able to cool down the rooms when needed, but most of the time they were turned off as we enjoyed the calm ocean breezes. The condo is so spacious, that there’s plenty of room in the living and dining area for everyone. The two smart TV’s, and wireless internet that was available made our entertainment options easy. The outdoor patio is very large and convenient to access from the living area and the master bedroom, with a large Weber just steps awaybrThe location of the condo to the main visitor area is extremely convenient and has a library area, eating area with a fridge as well as a couple of bathrooms by the pool. Above the main pool is a sitting area where the ocean views are expansive. brThis is a wonderful condo, and Bonnie and Terry Alfriend, the owners are to be commended for their great service and the beautiful vacation home they’ve created here in ‘paradise’.
