This is a wonderfully appointed condo unit at The Palms and the extensive renovations that have been done are spectacular. Parking for the unit is right outside the main access to the condo, conveniently located close so it’s easy to get groceries and items inside.
Each and every room was tastefully done and well appointed. The two bedrooms had a lovely layout, extra bedding, towels, beach gear and toiletries. It was such a pleasure to enjoy a ground-floor unit where you can enjoy the outdoor patio from morning through evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. It’s only a minute from the pool but far enough away that the noise from the activity in the pool is barely noticeable. The kitchen is enormous and has up-to-date appliances and all the items one could ever need. The three built-in air-conditioning units were available in the living area and each bedroom. It was nice to be able to cool down the rooms when needed, but most of the time they were turned off as we enjoyed the calm ocean breezes. The condo is so spacious, that there’s plenty of room in the living and dining area for everyone. The two smart TV’s, and wireless internet that was available made our entertainment options easy. The outdoor patio is very large and convenient to access from the living area and the master bedroom, with a large Weber just steps away
The location of the condo to the main visitor area is extremely convenient and has a library area, eating area with a fridge as well as a couple of bathrooms by the pool. Above the main pool is a sitting area where the ocean views are expansive.
This is a wonderful condo, and Bonnie and Terry Alfriend, the owners are to be commended for their great service and the beautiful vacation home they’ve created here in ‘paradise’. I’m looking forward to returning as a guest here again to enjoy this beautiful condo and the island of Maui. Lynda
