The condo has an assigned compact parking stall, full kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, furnished with a king size bed plus a twin size futon. brbrATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months.
