    What an experience. Not a great one i might add. We arrived after a long flight to the condo to find the condo had not been cleaned. She assured me that her cleaning service did clean and pretty much told me that i was not being truthful. I sent her around 20 pictures and then she finally with great hesitation told me that they did clean but not properly. She called her cleaning lady and had her stop back by that evening to clean. They have a 3 min drop off in front of the condo to stop your car and unload your luggage. The parking spot offered was another fiasco. The key fob did not work to the garage. After several hours and videos sent to the owner i found out that security had deactivated the fob earlier in the day before our check in. She told me that it had worked all day. Which was another falsehood. After sweet talkng the security i was able to park our rental car several hours after check in. In side the unit is dated and not kept up very well. She has 3 portable a/c units and they blew the circuit when all 3 were on. She told that the building is really old and the electrical isnt very good. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Girls had to do their hair in the kitchen. Owner did compensate us $200 for our trouble. I would have

    The apartment is great and the location is awesome. My only reason for giving four out of five is that the apartment is very loud between the city noise and the portable room air conditioners, I had trouble sleeping.

    Comfortable and well equipped for a family of four. The location was great, with easy walking access to restaurants and other attractions, and the host communication was excellent. Parking was a definite plus!

    The positives: responsive hostThe negatives: condo in need of repair, the a/c units in rooms kept turning off and we had to drain them to restart them, oven had duct tape on it, there was a leak in the closet that got the few games wet we wanted to play, there was only 1 kitchen towel provided, gum was left on side of coffee table. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positive.

    We had a great stay overall, the location was walkable, close to the beach and great food trucks, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed.A couple of things to note: cleanliness could be improved, there was some dust and the floors felt a bit grimy, possibly from not being recently used. Also, something I could have paid closer attention to was that the main AC unit wasn’t working. We expected full air conditioning throughout, but the host was very responsive and provided portable units, which helped make things more comfortable.All in all, a thoughtful setup and a great location, just a few details future guests may want to be aware of.

    The condo is well maintained. The location was a bit far from the beach to walk with a 5 and 6 year old. It was nice that beach toys and chairs are available. Parking was easy to locate, just a bit tricky coming and going with the one way streets. Overall we were happy with the accommodations and amenities.

    The property is located in a great part of town with a relatively short walk to both the beach and major shopping centres. The building is very dated though. Everything is quite underwhelming and either broken or worn with age. The unit itself is also very dated. Much rust and paint peeling. Lighting is very poor, especially in the back bedroom. It is quite dark most of the time. We booked the apartment because it listed a sofa bed however a day prior to arriving the host advised that the sofa bed was broken and provided an air mattress. This was not a sudden thing, the bed had beel broken for a while. I therefore had one teenager sleeping in the middle of the lounge on an airbed. This was both inconvenient and unfair for the price that we paid. This property is very over priced and old.

    We loved our stay. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed it every breakfast. The parking garage across the street was easy to access and it wasn’t a bad walk. There is a loading spot directly in front of the building if you have lots to carry. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having everything we needed to start our stay (trash bags, toilet paper, etc). The location was great for walking. It’s a 15 minute walk, mostly through a park, to Waikiki beach, which was lovely! Mahalo for a great stay!
