If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.brYou are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex and passes will be left in your unit before your arrival.brbrA couple of other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-the palmetto bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.brbrWe provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. brbrEARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: brPlease be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. brYou could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning.brWho can rent: The person responsible for making a reservation, the Renter, must be at least 25 years of age, secure the reservation with a major credit card that is in their name and occupy the rental property during the reservation period. brWe do allow ONE pet (up to 25 lbs) with a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. Our cleaning fee will increase if there is extensive cleaning to be done outside of a normal cleaning. You could be charged up to $500.00 in damages. Report ANY damages immediately to the property manager. The city of Tybee as well as the complex observes quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please follow the noise ordinance and be respectful of other guests. Please be advised: We allow early check-in's ONLY with prior arrangements. If you check yourself in early without pre-arranging, you will be charged for an extra day.

These passes are not disposable and very hard to come by.brbrRegardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island.brbrAll pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals. br*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.brbrPlease note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.br
