Enjoy private access to a 300-foot stretch of Hemptown Creek, a serene mountain tributary of the Toccoa River recognized as one of the top four trout fishing creeks in Georgia. Stepping outside, you will discover two expansive decks, perfect for outdoor dining, stargazing or simply unwinding with the captivating surrounding nature. Elevated on our upstairs covered deck, you’ll find a unique feature - an outdoor pool table. Imagine sinking the eight-ball while taking in the stunning vista, a truly unrivaled gaming experience. Should your interests lie in other outdoor games, we offer cornhole, horseshoes, volleyball, and badminton. Just past the hot tub, lower deck, and enchanting path down to the welcoming fire pit and picnic area, you’ll find several exceptional fishing spots along the creek, teeming with at least three species of trophy-sized trout (Rainbow, Brown, and Brook trout), Common carp and Largemouth bass, and various local wildlife. Villa Trota also provides multiple workspaces furnished with a dedicated desk, and table and chairs, ensuring ample seating and surface area for guests requiring separate areas to work, or engage in schoolwork, games or crafts while enjoying their stay at the cabin. The main level of Villa Trota showcases a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace. Adjacent to it, you'll find the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table comfortably seats eight guests, and for additional seating needs, there is a foldable table and chairs available, accommodating four more individuals. This level also accommodates two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom on the main level serves as the primary suite, offering a comfortable King-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, ample closet space, a streaming TV, a Pack n Play, and an iron/ironing board. The second bedroom on this level features a Queen bed and a streaming TV, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen is prepared with everything you need for cooking, except the groceries. It includes convenient features such as an ice maker, ample pantry space, a 12-cup brew pot/k-cup combo coffee maker, silverware, various utensils, dishes, bowls, mugs, drinking glasses, a kettle, scissors, casserole dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, a blender, an instant pot, measuring utensils, a waffle iron, serving platters, wine and rock glasses, a toaster oven, mixing bowls, tupperware, a pitcher, a can opener, a whisk, a zester, a scoop, a peeler, a bottle opener, a wine opener, cooking knives, BBQ utensils, strainers, a pie pan, cake pans, a muffin pan, a pizza pan, a baking pan, and cleaning supplies for guests to use as needed. Additionally, there is a gas grill on the main level porch that utilizes propane tanks, which will be provided. Moving to the lower level, you'll discover three additional bedrooms and a game lounge. The game lounge at Villa Trota offers a variety of indoor games, including shuffleboard, as well as a selection of reading materials and a Streaming TV, providing ample entertainment options for guests to enjoy. There is also a laundry area available for guests to use as needed. The first bedroom on this level is another primary suite with a King bed, a streaming TV, and an attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower that connects to the adjacent bedroom. This adjacent bedroom features two Queen beds and a streaming TV. The third bedroom on the lower level offers a single twin bed and a futon full-sized bed in a bunk bed style, a streaming TV, and a game table. It's important to note that fishing at this location is strictly catch and release, and the use of barbless hooks is required. -Please be advised that firewood is not included with the cabin rental, but it can be conveniently purchased and delivered through the management company. We wanted to embrace the natural beauty of the local wilderness and bring elements of it inside to create a true Treehouse – but with modern comforts! (Want to turn on the fan Alexa would love to do that for you!) We were inspired by the Burrowing Owl, who chooses to “remodel” other animals’ burrrow homes to make their own cozy nest! In keeping with that, we have recently remodeled our basement and turned it into an amazing Game and TV Lounge, where kids of every age will want to hang out! This is the spot where the entire group can play together. And - coming in 2023, we will be adding an additional Queen Suite with Full Bath on that floor as well! brbrbr~Indoor Living Spaces~brThere’s space enough in this getaway for multi-generational families or several families traveling together. A rustic stone surround envelops the spacious soaking tub - with the perfect shelf to rest your book and your glass of wine while you unwind after a day of adventure.brbrThe Loft is the perfect haven for kids and the young at heart. With sweeping views of the surrounding forest from its floor-to-ceiling windows, this truly brfeels like a Treehouse burrow. Two cozy Twin beds are tucked into brone side of the Loft, each with its own reading lamp for bedtime stories. The other side of the Loft is home to the ultimate treehouse vibe with a comfortable hanging queen bed to snuggle in while looking out at the gorgeous forest view. Plenty of toys and games are here too, the sitting area is always available for a playdate under the trees.brbrA wonderfully quaint additional King bedroom, with Full Bath, is on the first floor, with the adjoining laundry facilities.brbrbr~Outdoor Amenities~brThe outdoor spaces at Blissful Burrow are as magical as the indoors. Step out onto the covered wrap-around deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or spend a blissful afternoon watching a rainstorm from the comfort of the outdoor seating area. This is the perfect perch from which to observe the changing seasons. In summertime, take in the towering green pines and oaks and the soft ferns that cover the forest floor.
