If you do not want to use the pool/do not want the pool heated, please let me know at booking and $500 will be removed from your total bill). This is a split bedroom plan with the owner’s suite and additional bed and bath on the main level, plus the 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom/bonus room and a full bath upstairs. The home is fully equipped, with HDTVs in each bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen is full equipped for all your cooking needs. This home is in a prime location, with walking trails and home to the award winning Champions Retreat Golf Course.
