The neighborhood is really quite and safe. Smoking allowed outside only. I do live here so there may be some personal items in the home. The house is a 4 bedroom home. The fourth bedroom is off limits to guest. I travel a lot so I am not always here to greet guests but if I am here I look forward to meeting you. There is a camera in the common area and on the doorbell. Cameras are only reviewed if there is an incident.
