You may need to pass the driveway, turn around and arrive from the west.brbr- Insects are plentiful in variety and quantity on a wooded property in the mountains. We pay for a variety of pest control services for the cabin which are very effective. An exception to this is ladybugs. Unlike most insects, ladybugs do not respond well to insecticides. Please do your part to keep them out by keeping doors shut when not in use. There are screens on all windows except the two in the loft facing the creek. Please keep those windows shut.brbr- You will also notice spiderwebs around the outside of the cabin, particularly on the back deck and in window sills. It is impossible to keep these cleaned in a wooded area. For each one we clean, two more pop up within 24 hours. There is a cobweb cleaner on a pole on the back deck. Feel free to use this to get rid of any unwanted webs during your stay!brbr- Make sure you have WiFi calling turned on to make phone calls. There is no cellular signal in the valley. A landline is also provided in the master, if needed.brbr- The hot tub is only a 2-seater and is tucked behind the cabin on a wraparound deck with privacy wall.
