*****This is a Colonial home built in 1928 close to historic downtown Brunswick that was converted into 3 separate private apartments. The only shared area is the front porch, but you have your own sitting area. This apt is the UPSTAIRS 3 bedrooms of the original house with a bathroom & landing. This is a 2br unit with a queen bed in each room. This apt is set up for 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The living, dining, kitchen & utility rooms are all in 1 room, but it works! Im located in Historic Brunswick Ga near our downtown area, but also between both islands & their beaches. Close to every thing you may want to do! The neighborhood has lots of Colonial homes, historic parks with fountains, streets with huge moss covered oaks. I also have another one-bedroom separate apt in this same home downstairs which will sleep 4 so if you wanted a family get-together type situation or you re coming here for a wedding with a lot of family and friends you might want to book both of them at the same time! Look at my profile and you will see the other listings. Close to Jekyll Island (about 25 minutes), St Simons Island (about 15 minutes) & Historic Downtown Brunswick (about 3 minutes, 6-8 blocks) where theres restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, shopping, festivals, farmers market & more. The Yellow Deli is about 2 blocks away where you can walk & have breakfast or lunch, & they make their own breads! FLETC & hospital is about 10 minutes away, & Airports nearby! Easy access to I 95 North & South, so about 1 hour to Savannah & Jacksonville. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation or business.I provide a monthly & weekly discount! The apt has a mostly equipped kitchen with a full size stove & oven, microwave, toaster air fryer oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, plastic storage ect. All towels & linen for the bed, kitchen & bath are provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, filter, sugars & condiments ect. The bath has a full tub w/shower.
The apartment is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well, with soap & bleach! All utilities & wireless internet is included, including a 52 tv with cable. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths, couch & love seat. You have your own designated seating area in front of unit & a grill.

**Possible pet allowed, but:

*$40 TOTAL pet fee limit 2
*You MUST LET ME KNOW your bringing pets & clean up after your pet mess outside & dog hair ect inside. Extra cleaning of pet hair inside or mess outside is $25 per hour. If you dont tell me about a pet or dont pay I MAY ask you to leave w/no refund, or keep your deposit.
*Dog CANNOT be a meanie/barker/whiner/destroyer or it will disturb others that stay/live here, & I'll have to ask you to leave w/no refund.
*HAS to be on continuous flea treatment
*Yard is small & isnt totally fenced, but theres a park across the street & doggie bags by the door & in drawer in kitchen.
*Must bring 2-4 sheets to cover couch (s) and bed(s) if the pet likes to get on the furniture. Please take them home to wash & do not wash those with my bedding or towels, because pet hair is very difficult to get rid of!

Other things to note:
*PLEASE text me upon arrival (after 4) & let me know how you like it & departure (before 11) so I'll know when to come clean.
*This is a Old colonial 2 story home that's charming with original windows but they are not energy efficient. I have installed mini splits so you can adjust the temperature easily for each room. I'm really hot days closing the insulated curtains in front bedroom helps.
*This is a port town, & we are located near the ports & waterfront so there is some noise & traffic from that, mainly mon-fri 9-5. It is sporadic but there may be some noise daily!

*EVERYONE READ HOUSE MANUAL!
*THIS IS A MULTI FAMILY HOME, so PLEASE keep noise down & do not disturb other occupants! I want to make sure EVERYONE enjoys their stay!

    We were in the southeast to visit our son and his family in Florida and decided to take a couple days in Brunswick GA to pop in on a nephew and his family. Our unit was ideal - spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

    Unique experience in the historic district of Brunswick. Loved the open park-like area across the street with beautiful old oak trees. This is an older home with hardwood floors and stairs to access the living areas. The common area shares the kitchen, laundry and dryer together. Bedrooms are comfortable and beach decor throughout the space is very cute. I enjoyed riding the neighborhood and looking at the beautiful historic homes and park areas - fountains and Lovers Oak are nearby. Causeways to either Jekyll or St. Simons are within a 5 minute drive. Owner is responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

    Our stay at this delightful two-bedroom, beach-themed rental in Brunswick was simply perfect!  We were charmed by the cozy, inviting atmosphere and the thoughtful coastal decor that made us feel instantly relaxed and on vacation. The apartment was clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of fresh towels. The location couldn't have been better – just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Brunswick. We loved being able to easily walk to explore the fantastic array of restaurants, lively bars, and beautiful parks. It was convenient to enjoy the local scene without worrying about driving or parking. What really made our experience exceptional was the host. She was communicative from start to finish, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. Any questions we had were answered promptly and kindly.

    This property is located in historic Brunswick and was convenient for the purpose of my travel and visit. Local points of interest: Lover's Oak, downtown Brunswick and Mary Ross Waterfront Park. This was a safe and quiet neighborhood. Pictures are accurate. The space is cutely decorated in an ocean theme.My bed was comfy! I appreciated that the host was responsive and communicated when I made inquiries or shared concerns.

    Very pleased with our stay and the excellent communication from our hosts! Clean and fully ready for guests. It’s location in Brunswick made it easy to access both St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. Bedrooms were amazingly spacious! Definitely would recommend and stay again. We did not have toddler or infant and there is a banister and stairwell that would need a gate. However, there is a door that can be shut to block access to the stair landing at the entrance to the kitchen/living/dining area so that would be very helpful!
