The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa.brTherefore I would describe it as heat OR air.brWhen it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.brANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Parking is not included.
