Our cozy, two bedroom, private, garden level villa is nestled amongst the live oaks and palm trees steps away from the pool, BBQ, 16 beautiful clay tennis courts, the Break Point café, Pro Shop and fitness center, and only a short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, a pool and two restaurants. Our villa has a large, shaded lanai with direct access to the pathways to both the pool and tennis courts. There are lots of other activities available nearby including golf, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing.
