A small two lane road surrounded by palm trees, water and marshes inspires a window down, tunes blasting kind of moment. brbrOur two bedroom, two bathroom cottage was designed to encourage rest and relaxation! A cozy L-shape couch faces the big bay window and gulf facing gallery. If you need a break from bird watching, kayaking or beach combing, we have a smart TV and high-speed internet available for working remotely or catching up on some Netflix. brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking equipment and utensils so you never have to leave and miss a sunset (yes you can even enjoy the sunset from the kitchen/dining room). If you're lucky you just might see Chip the dolphin as you enjoy your morning coffee. You can't ask for a better place to people watch. brThis area tends to be the favorite spot of past guests who spend hours enjoying the river, nature preserve and all it has to offer while they grill out. brbrPaddle up river to find the preserve untouched and just amazing, If you take an early morning kayak trip you just might see the deer crossing the river. brYou can also paddle to Rogers Park and stop at Upper Deck for lunch. brIf you are adventurous, you can explore old Florida which is where the Weeki Wachee River and Mud River join. brbrBringing your boat You'll have access to the boat ramp at Roger's Park not far from the house.
