Stayed here in November. Host is very gracious and accommodating. Beautiful view of the pool and the gulf. Location could not be better. The area is beautiful and the beach rivals the best beaches in the Caribbean.

Great location & attentive host.

We loved the view and the convenience of the beachside restaurant—both were highlights of our stay. The rental itself could really use some updating and a more thorough cleaning. With a few improvements, this spot could be a gem.

Our family went for spring break and you really can't beat the location of this rental. In the center of everything from beach fun to steps from restaurants, shopping, and live music. The rental was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and comfortably fit our family within the space. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We enjoyed the area and hope to visit 30A again!

Great accommodations

My husband and i celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. We fell in love with this condo and rosemary beach! We plan to bring our 2 children back hopefully sometime next year! The pool and beach is fabulous. Everything is within walking distance. the condo has security and always feels safe! Beth communicated with me personally and was nothing but short of amazing! We WILL be back!

The perfect rental for our family of 5! The unit was well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious for the kids, and an unbeatable location. Our family loved the pool, the private beach access and beach chairs, and enjoyed our meals at Crabby Steve’s! Easy walk to Rosemary Beach fo shopping and restaurants! We hope to be back and would 100% recommend!!!

The description for this condo was spot on! It is perfectly situated to give a view of the large pool and the gulf behind it. This mother/son trip did not disappoint! When we walked in, the condo smelled clean and it was obvious that housekeeping had done their job. High Point is the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only time we moved the car was the first day to drive to the Publix for groceries, about 5-10 minutes away. My son was sick for the first 3 days of our trip, but I felt very safe going out alone to get carry-out for us, as well as exploring the quaint town of Rosemary Beach. The resort is secured with gates and guards, also giving extra security. Some of the security guards were kind of grumpy but we did not let that bother us! Wrist bands are supplied and needed for entry and exit of the gate, and the guards did check when at the pool. Beth is a wonderful host and has gone above and beyond to make guests have everything they will need during their stay. Unlike other rental properties, she supplies all of the essentials, even down to cooking spices. There were extras of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Having the beach service included was a plus. The weather did not cooperate with our stay and we only got to use the beach for a couple of hours, one day, unfortunately. We enjoyed going to Crabby Steve's a couple of times. The whole complex is under renovation, but did not impact our stay greatly.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped unit with great view of the ocean. Owner/host was very responsive to quickly resolve any issues. First time we have stayed at High Point and based on this rental, I would highly recommend.

We had a great vacation, from the point of booking through checkout. The property manager communicated well and made sure we were set up for a nice stay. The unit was clean and in a perfect location. We'd return here in the future
