Stayed Apr 4, 2026We loved our stay at High Pointe Resort. Our condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beth is a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely choose this property again and highly recommend it to others. The overall property is well managed and maintained. The grounds and pool are lovely and the location is perfect. Also enjoyed the pickleball courts. 5 stars all around.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025Stayed here in November. Host is very gracious and accommodating. Beautiful view of the pool and the gulf. Location could not be better. The area is beautiful and the beach rivals the best beaches in the Caribbean.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025Our family went for spring break and you really can't beat the location of this rental. In the center of everything from beach fun to steps from restaurants, shopping, and live music. The rental was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and comfortably fit our family within the space. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We enjoyed the area and hope to visit 30A again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024My husband and i celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. We fell in love with this condo and rosemary beach! We plan to bring our 2 children back hopefully sometime next year! The pool and beach is fabulous. Everything is within walking distance. the condo has security and always feels safe! Beth communicated with me personally and was nothing but short of amazing! We WILL be back!
