A truly uniquely designed home, The Terrace is located on a quiet little street convenient to all that Sarasota has to offer. Walt’s Fish market and tiki bar is a short walk away as is Trader Joe’s for all of your grocery needs. The property is fully enclosed by 6 foot high privacy fencing in a quiet safe neighborhood. It is an old Florida cracker house with modern and mid-century detail combined. At one end of the home there is a private mother-in-law apartment. That dwelling has its own entrance, parking, and yard. It shares none of the conveniences or the features of the Terrace. It does however house a landlord should you have any issues or needs that need attending during your visit.
