Sunny Relaxing Getaway Home - Central to Everything!

We stayed at this property while attending a family wedding close by. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. The host graciously let us check in a bit early which gave us time to freshen up before our event. The interior is beautifully renovated with all amenities as described. There were plenty of towels , shampoo and body soap in the bathrooms . The kitchen is updated and well appointed with a toaster oven, microwave, keurig with a selection of coffee, teas and hot cocoa. The beds were comfortable and there are ceiling fans and TVs in each room. The only thing worth mentioning is that the property is located on a very busy major road. The driveway fits two cars but backing out of the driveway is tricky due to the traffic. I found it a little noisy at night as you can hear the car traffic from the road. Overall, a good place to stay. I would stay here again if in the area. cocoa.

Nice place but definitely room for improvement. Very few amenities (shampoo, body wash, cleaning items). The kitchen was not clean. Had to buy a spray cleaner before I used refrigerator and stove. Turned on the oven and 2 roaches scurried out on the counter. Lots of finger prints and dust. No instructions for guest except day of check in and check out. There should have been a guest folder.

The house is great for a few people and very clean. It's minutes away from restaurants and beaches, so great location.

The house is remodeled with many updated features. The wine fridge was a bonus. Also the owner supplied paper towels, basic soaps and toilet paper. Very nice feature. We always rent from VRBO and very few offer that. The kitchen needs more dishes and a baking sheet would have been nice but that was minor compared to the clean and comfortable accommodations. The host is very responsive with anything you need but we had no problems with the house the week we stayed.

The property was very clean and nicely updated. Host communicated well and check-in/out was easy. A few items were missing that would have made the stay slightly more comfortable. There was no coffee, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Our group of 6 would have also appreciated a larger couch or a second couch. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for us! Extremely clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Easy check-in/out and host was awesome and very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!
