Stayed Feb 9, 2026The host was wonderful and responsive. The location was good but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The house itself functioned well but needs some finish work on doors and hardware, painting and landscaping to make it more appealing.

For a boater the public boat ramp is only a few blocks away and there is a large vacant lot across the street to keep your boat and trailerThe owner was extremely easy to work with and answered every text within a minute or twoHighly recommend the home

Stayed Feb 20, 2025This was a perfect location for our daughter's wedding. Close to the wedding hotel at Sarasota Modern and the wedding venue at Ca' D'zan. Host was very responsive to our needs. Enjoyed our stay!
