The back living room features a plush couch, smart TV and sliding glass door access to the pool. You also have view of the dining table so you can know when dinner hits the table! We have weekly pool and lawn service to help keep the pool sparkling and the grounds looking pristine. The pool tech cleans the debris and ensures the chemistry is correct...however, we have no way to prevent debris from falling into the pool in-between cleanings and during your stay. There is a dip net on site if you wish to skim any leaves from the top.brbrbrbrOur home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, a shoe or fly swatter can generally rectify it. If it’s more than a stray that got in, please notify us right away and we will have the pest control company that we contract with visit.
