3 BR /3 BA with Private Pool & Patio Near Beaches

Evelyn is a great host! She responded quickly to messages and any questions we had. The home was very welcoming and immaculately clean. We had so much fun in between our beach trips just hanging out at the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Evelyn was an amazing host.She was always in communication and helping with any minor issues we ran into. House was very nice and peaceful and the best part was the pool. Kitchen had great appliances and cooking pans and the beds were really comfy which can make or break a stay. Thanks again for having us!

YESOur only complaint was that the heated pool did not come with instructions on haw to adjust the temperature. The pool and the weather were too cool to enjoy.

This is a simple process. We all enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful. I did accidentally break a small piece ( i am 6 '7) the first time it just knocked it off. It no longer stuck. I reported the issue. Was informed of a replacement that was a success. A whole day later i did it again. Only the sticky part stayed. So since i failed successfully, i bought some glue and left it with the home with a note upon are departure. I tried not to let that bother me. But still felt bad. We were delighted our vacation was an unforgettable experience we will never forget. We took lots of pictures, seen various birds not native to us. Even three screech owls that were perching on the pool aviary. This was truly a momentous vacation. We were saddened to leave ,but truely glad to enjoyed are stay in this home.

The property was very clean. The house had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed using the pool, playing cards and games and the amazing patio. Most beaches were 20 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Evelyn was amazing communicating with us. Would 100% stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe.

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

It's a beautiful home with all the amenities. It's close to great restaurants, beaches, and much more. The owners were extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The home was perfect for our family. My son and daughter in law and grandson had one whole wing of the house and on the other side of the house was the very large master bedroom for my wife and me. In the middle of the home was a large living area and well stocked kitchen which allowed us to make meals. The best part of the home was the pool and large lanai. My four year old grandson spent ever minute he could in the pool. The rest of us were in and out of the pool and enjoying the weather sitting outside under the covered area of the lanai. It was a perfect setup. We even used their grille to cook hot dogs and burgers for our last night there.

Just returned from a wonderful week’s vacation in paradise. Honestly, everything was perfect. The lanai is icing on the cake. Thank you Evelyn for accommodating me to change weeks after the second hurricane hit. Your property was very blessed without damage. Great location, 20 minutes to Siesta Key! I’ll be back for sure.

We stayed at this house in April. We loved it so much, we decided to come again. We were Not disappointed! Even with the hurricane we had a great time. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and Evelyn is the best! We helped each other in needs. Thanks so much Evelyn
