Vacation Condo Rentals By Owner In Sarasota, FL

This second floor newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has one Full bed and one bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. Both bedrooms have 32 flat screen TV's for your entertainment while the living room has a 40 flat screen TV with HD TV service. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Unit 75- | This , 2 bedroom 2 bathroom partial north Gulf view condo is located on the 7th floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach! The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are ideal for watching evening sunsets! Our two bedroom units sleep 6 people max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds and the guest bedroom has a king sized bed, both bedrooms have a 40 flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo The living room is equipped with a 42 flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and standard coffeemaker. This condo has been newly tiled throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows the most spectacular views of the night time city lights.
