Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location- easy walk to the beach. Pier side was easy walk and convenient for husband and son to go fishing. Rental was clean and updated. AC worked great. Love the coastal decor. Property was well kept. Liked that they rake the sand early in the morning and had chair attendants to help bring complimentary lounge chairs down to the beach for you. Everyone was friendly. We highly recommend and can't wait to be back.

It was a chilly and rainy week, so we traveled all over the area and used it as a home. We did not use any of the facilities, but did go to the beach. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The sign where we turn onto property has a burnt out light and difficult to see where to turn. If we had known the area, we probably would’ve stayed closer to the village where the shopping and restaurants are.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked seeing a security presence around the grounds, the pools were nice, and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! Our unit was beautiful and clean. Staff notified us at check-in that one of the shower doors was scheduled to be fixed that week but was usable. It was not an issue having maintenance fix it during the week. The only inconvenience was that the location of the unit overlooks one of the pools and the crowd could be a bit noisy at night when we were trying to go to bed (9:00 or so). I used a sound machine in the mast bedroom to drown out the noise and it was fine. We were grateful that a cooler and beach wagon were provided. We definitely plan to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our clean condo and appreciated the beach wagon and umbrella. Kitchen was stocked with things we needed for cooking (especially skillets). Loved the amenities including pickleballl and the free use of resort lounge chairs and that someone brought these to us in the morning for setting up. Our biggest complaint was the rowdy and mound teens who took over the bayside pool at night starting around 8pm- they threw glass bottles and drank and put feet in the hot tub - essentially intimidating the adults and young kids. Security didn’t do much unless we called and even then they weren’t consistent or turned the other way. Loud partygoers in the condo behind us (different condos) also kept us up at night (sometimes until 1pm).

Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Palm Bay Club the week between Christmas and New Year's and the 3rd time in this unit.A few things that were disappointing this year were:-Felt like hot water in the unit never got very hot for showers-New laundry app more expensive-Beach chair situation worse than ever. Palm Bay Club does not have enough chairs for all guests, so you have to get up early in the morning to try to reserve. Very stressful and defeats the whole purpose of being on vacation. Many parties were reserving 12-15 chairs at a time which obviously limits amount other guests can use. Palm Bay should limit to 4-6 chairs per unit or purchase more chairs for guests.
