Unit 349-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

The Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and they even had beach chairs and a cooler to use. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. A little more like a hotel than a typical VRBO but still enjoyed ourselves.

Second time staying at the Palm Bay club. We love the location and the pools. The pool on the bay side is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is wonderful and we love having the chairs delivered for free! Our only complaint is the elevator sounds horrible and we were afraid to take it. We could also use some better amenities left from room service.

Check in was simple and description matches the property. It is a quick walk to the beach or two pools.

We rented this place and it was amazing. Clean, updated, walkable and we would definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed in this unit and each room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the rooms did seem to not cool off as much as the rest of the unit. I love that it came with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. No need to rent umbrellas because the unit had two. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but they also give you a parking pass if you want to drive to the beach. Midnight Pass is a busy road but I liked how there was a light and pedestrian walk right in front of the resort. This made it easy for the kids to come and go. The pool is also very close to this unit if you choose to take a break from the beach. Overall we had a great stay here!!!

When we showed up our coffee pot was broken. We were really worried we were going to have to purchase a new pot but they were very accommodating and brought us a new pot right away. They had so many things available for us to use. We did not use a lot of items available was nice to know they were there if we needed them in the future. Everyone was very nice. The elevator broke shortly after our visit but they had it fixed in one day so it did not effect our stay. Our power went out once and they very quickly came and it was fixed immediately. There was the frog hopper picking us up quickly anytime we started out short walk to the village. All and all was an amazing fun trip and even though we had these small few things happen was nice we could count on them to be available right away. It was so nice and clean and plenty of bedding all available.
