Beach Access & DistancebrThe home is located in Cypress Dunes, a private gated community surrounded by Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. There is no direct beach access from within the neighborhood. The nearest access points are Stallworth Beach Access, approximately 1.2 miles away, about a 4-minute drive or short bike ride, with limited parking and no facilities, and Dune Allen Beach Access, about 1.4 miles away, roughly a 5-minute drive, offering restrooms, showers, water fountains, ADA access, and ample parking. Most guests choose to drive the short 4–5 minutes with their beach gear, though bikes and golf carts are also great options.brbrPetsbrWe welcome dogs and aim to be flexible. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with many exceptions made. There is no weight limit, and we have hosted everything from small breeds to large dogs. A $150 pet fee applies per stay. Dogs should be house-trained. A dog bowl and small crate are available. The backyard is not fenced due to community rules, though there is a large screened-in porch. Cats may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 fee due to allergies. Walton County regulations do not allow visiting dogs on the beach, though they are welcome in the neighborhood and nearby state park.brbrGolf CartbrA brand-new, high-end, street-legal 6-seater golf cart is available as an optional add-on for guests.
