This charming ground-level condo in the exclusive Sanctuary by the Sea community offers a relaxed, family-friendly coastal retreat on the white sands of Santa Rosa Beach. With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, this 2,251-square-foot home comfortably sleeps eight guests, featuring two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with two bunk beds! Perfect for traveling families. The private balcony provides beautiful Gulf views, perfect for enjoying the scenery and coastal breezes.

Inside, the living space showcases early-2000s earth-tone décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features a stand-alone ice maker, wine fridge, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar—ideal for preparing family meals or casual gatherings. Each bedroom has its own private bath, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

Sanctuary by the Sea spans 23 acres and offers amenities including three sparkling pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. Guests can enjoy the nearby coastal dune lake for kayaking, fishing, or canoeing, or take a short stroll to the boundaries of Grayton Beach State Park. The property is also just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center and the pristine shores of Seagrove Beach.

With spacious interiors, private beach access, and an array of on-site features, this condo provides a memorable setting for a relaxing and enjoyable coastal getaway.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
