Designed with both elegance and comfort in mind, it accommodates families or groups with ease: two bedrooms feature king beds, one offers a queen, and the final bedroom is perfect for kids with two cozy bunkbeds.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, makes preparing meals a joy, while multiple dining spaces ensure everyone can gather together comfortably. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.


This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.
