A large Linea with wonderful gulf views. Unit is handicap equipped and assessable. A spiral staircase leads down to your own private cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach. Newly remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with nearly everything you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. The newly renovated bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled floors. Equipped with drapes and plantation shutters throughout for privacy. New flat screen TVs in every room. New tile floors in the living are and kitchen plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large Master bedroom with a picturesque view of the courtyard pond and gardens.
